GLOBAL EDUCATION AND CAREER GUIDANCE CELL

Functions:

• Provide personalized career guidance & counseling by experts to students based on their interests, skills, and aspirations.

• Offer guidance on various career paths in engineering, management, and other related fields.

• Conduct awareness sessions on higher education opportunities in India and abroad through experts.

• Assist students in exploring opportunities for higher education abroad, including universities, scholarships, and exchange programs.

• Conduct workshops and seminars on studying abroad, visa processes, and cultural adaptation.

• Facilitate internship opportunities for students to gain real-world experience and enhance employability.

• Provide guidance and resources for preparing for competitive exams like CAT, MAT, GRE, IELTS/TOEFL, GATE, and UPSC.

• Conduct mock tests, review sessions, and exam preparation workshops for interested students.

• Facilitate interactions between students and successful alumni to gain insights into various career fields.

• Assist students with the entire process of applying for study abroad programs, including application forms, interviews, and documentation.

• Provide guidance on selecting suitable universities and courses based on the student’s career goals.

Responsibilities of the Global Education and Career Guidance Cell:

• Guide students about higher education opportunities in foreign universities and institutions.

• Organize awareness programs on international education systems, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria.

• Provide personalized counseling to students on career planning, goal setting, and identifying suitable academic pathways.

• Assist students in selecting courses, universities, and programs that align with their career aspirations.

• Organize coaching sessions and workshops for standardized tests like GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, IELTS, and SAT.

• Provide information on scholarships, grants, and financial aid programs offered by universities and governments.

• Encourage students to embrace global perspectives and cultural diversity.

Frequency of Meeting: Twice in a year.
